I tried the 45-minute Aescape robot massage at Equinox and definitely recommend giving it a try. I’ve had 50+ massages in my life, so I have a solid baseline for comparison, and this was unlike anything else. Terrible from desk service especially by Bethany. They offer you a free trial and then make it impossible to see their facility. For the amount of money you pay customer service should be a priority but across the board just bad service. Huge props to Sam at front desk.
