Nightmare of a gym. Overcrowded, no parking. Could go on. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Equinox. Embarrassment.
As a former gym GM, it’s overrated. Some of the equipment hasn’t been inspected in a while. When I was there, a cleaning station had not been refilled with wipes for over two hours. The members are generally rude and entitled. The atmosphere is super pretentious. The arc trainers are garbage. I like the luxury locker rooms and the sauna is really helpful. The location is amazing and AD is always on point in the locker rooms just a great guy him Charlie !!!
I’ve been really enjoying this location so far! The staff has been very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to all my needs and questions. The actual gym area is on the smaller side but it has everything I need and I never need to wait for the stair master machines (there’s like 6 or 7 of them). Literally the only gym I’ve been to where I feel comfortable using the shower which is pristine. The group classes do fill up but they’re accessible and have options every day.
