Went it to get a tour with Emily and was greeted by some trainers it seemed or instructors and they gave me the ugliest look up and down. I immediately didn’t feel welcome and as if I were a bother. Pretentious would be the correct term. If I were the owner of this club I’d fire this staff - terrible for customer acquisition and reputation of a gym that should be welcoming. Unbelievable. Let me be fair here. I was invited to "try out" the facilities for 2 days, then when I finally found the time to go there, they spent a ton of time explaining things, and they were very nice, but did not let me "try" anything and just demanded me to sign up. The guy was very nice and sweet dont get me wrong but their little sales "strategy" was just super wierd. That was cringe worthy.
