Love this gym! The equipment is always well-maintained, and the amenities are clean and never overcrowded. Lamar made the sign-up process incredibly easy and was never pushy, which I really appreciated. He was helpful throughout and consistently followed up to make sure I had everything I needed as a new member. Overall, I highly recommend reaching out to Lamar and giving this location a try.

Most reviews regarding this place are completely unjustified. I moved to LA from Germany and so far the gym expirence couldn't meet my needs. Someone recommended me the Equinox, but the reviews were mixed, so I thought let me go for a tour and see for myself. Let's start with the hygiene of this place. From the entrance door all the way to the last corner of the locker rooms/ showers everything was sparkling. No hairs in the drains, no mold in the tile cracks, and no smelly lockers unlike most gyms in LA that I have been to.... read more
I wouldn’t rely on the common courtesy of some of the front desk or sales staff. They are unhelpful, rude, and non-accommodating. Highly disappointed in how Spencer treated my guest after 3 years of coming to the DTLA club. I had always heard stories about rude Equinox staff who go on power trips or whose egos are in over drive, but had never encountered them before myself until today.
