If I could rate this gym lower, I would. Beware of the sales team—especially a rep named Tim Dolinar. When I signed up last August, I was hesitant. Tim assured me, multiple times, that because of a promo tied to my employer, I wouldn’t be locked into a one-year contract. He told me I could cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. That was a lie. Hours are short and closed on Sundays. What a waste of money.
Honestly would give zero stars, very unaccommdating when already an equinox member without letting you try for a day; can't even use guest passes on yourself when membership is $250+
I just left the DTLA Equinox, and I was genuinely surprised by the lack of customer service. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and when I asked to speak with a manager regarding a few simple membership questions (which the front desk said they couldn't answer), I was told the manager was too busy in a meeting. However, I could hear the manager speaking to the front desk on the phone at that very moment. The parking at this location is so hard to find. I accidentally went into the gate right next to it and was charged $4 instantly. Equinox should at least put a sign on the entrance to let people know about this!
