They deleted thousands of dollars of training sessions that I bought. Never mentioned anything about sessions expiring. I didn't even buy them that long ago. They are reinstating them, but I find this policy completely outrageous and unbelievable. This location had to fire half the trainers because they were billing clients for sessions that never occurred because they wanted to win some competition.
Loyal member for 7 years and this is my favorite location.

Revised from 5 stars to 1 star! Poorly managed, constant issues with managing class capacity, issues with app that indicate that you are booked on yet the manager states confirma an issue with the app but asks you to leave the class since you are not truly being booked (even though it was there mistake), etc. Baffling to say the least! Manager of this gym is extremely rude and disrespectful. You can tell she takes pleasure in talking down on people.
