Be sure to take Lyric's meditation class on Wednesdays at 6:00. It's an amazing experience. Lyric is one if the best trainers here. Then again this place has no bad trainers at all.
If you want to visit ask for Marie Edwards. She's the best. She doesn't pressure you gives you a very detailed tour and information. This place is such a good place to workout, I'm quite happy here.
I go to this place, 6 days a week, workout at least 2 hours every day, I've lost more than 30 pounds. It's a wonderful place to workout, everyone is friendly and smiling, I've got no complaints at all
