I have tried everything for my pain issues over the years I have been in pain since 1991 lower extremities and then a back injury in 2000. I have been too numerous acupuncture places and have found it to help control the pain. Having already had 2 prior experiences with acupuncture, I started at Equinox in January of 2025 for chronic pain, especially in my neck and shoulders. I immediately liked the atmosphere in this practice, relaxed without being feeling overally clinical. Betsy took so much time to TALK to me, not just read my forms to really figure out what was going on with me. She also explains everything she is doing which is beneficial and educational. Betsy’s practice changed my life. I went in for headaches caused by computer work which she has close to fixed - and left with massive drops in anxiety, a better connectivity between my mind and body, and a new found love for accupuncture. I am really grateful to her!
