RecommendedDr. Speers is one of the best equine veterinarians in the area. I would recommend this clinic above any others when it comes to the week being of any horse!

I've used Equine Surqery & Medicine for probably forty-five years at least. Dr. Paul Ryding was a great vet and him adding Jim Speer to the Clinic was brilliant! Jim and Paul were a great team before Dr Ryding retired. I appreciate him for all his knowledge and dedication. He always has so much compassion for our horses and has gone as far as to check on a paticular horse of ours if he happened to be in the neighborhood. Oh yes, I highly recommend Equine Surgery & Medicine.
Dr Justin Jensen done an excellent job today on time and very pleasant. He was very thorough and was excellent with the horses. Dr Speer also is amazing. Looks like they have an amazing team. Thank you.
We drove 7 hours to pick up a horse in Kansas. We needed a last minute Coggins/health cert. I figured we would be out of luck but when I called Jennifer was GREAT! Dr. Speer did a fantastic job. Our yearling we picked up is not halter broke. He had no problem with her. Very professional and personable. Everyone we met while we were there were super friendly. Highly recommend! I wish we lived closer so this could be our main equine vet.

Dr. Speer saved my daughter’s best friend. Can’t ask for much better than that. We took the trip thinking it was her last due to a freak injury but he never gave up. 2 surgeries, lots of IM antibiotics, months of daily wound changes and many many tears later, she is fully recovered with no lameness noted EVER!! Thank you, thank you for saving her baby, aka “boat horse” �
