RecommendedOur Rocky Mountain was injured and needed urgent care. The whole staff was absolutely fantastic. Our horse was treated with such great care. Everyone was through and crystal clear on follow up. The tech’s came out and saw us off. I love this place. Here is the important thing everyone should know,- we love our horses. Dr. Milligan is in a class of her own when it comes to equine care. She was fantastic with my 2 year old paint gelding. She looked at his wound on his head and diagnosed him on the spot, did an ultrasound and X-ray and it was exactly what she predicted. I can’t say enough good things! My horse is finally on the mend after a whole month of being mismanaged and misdiagnosed by another vet. I will be recommending this facility to all of my fellow equine friends! Thank you Dr Milligan for taking such amazing care of my horse!
Just wanted to say thank you once again for taking care of one of my horses during an especially painful and scary colic episode. I appreciate being explained what’s happening each step of the way. Have always had good experiences and feel so lucky that we have a wonderful equine hospital nearby. Thanks also to Stephanie who makes me feel welcomed when I come to visit my horse. It means so much to not feel like I’m bothering the staff when I want to spend time with him when he’s there. ❤️
I have brought many horses here over the years, thankfully for more routine specialized care. However, we recently had a very complicated case involving one of our horses and we took him to ESH as an emergency admission. From the moment we walked in, they were very informative, answered all of our questions, and were sensitive in giving his prognosis. Top notch facility. Dr Milligan is very knowledgeable caring and answers all your questions. The staff is awesome also. I had gone to 3 different vets before I was told of them I just wish I found them sooner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for finding out what was wrong with my horse and treating him. Because of their expertise, my 3 week old orphan colt survived a nasty abscess and is now learning how to be a Shire draft horse💙💙💙
