I had an outstanding experience at Willow on France, largely due to property manager Alisa Shannon. From their very first meeting, Alisa was welcoming, patient, and professional. I have been a tenant with this rental property business for over a year now and I have no complaints about the property I am leasing! They are understanding when life throws you curveballs and always on top of things that you need assistance with! Currently signing my renewal lease and staying with them! The people are very nice and helpful! Alisa has been a great help to me and my family!
Equimax has some great Apartments located around the Twin Cities with fair pricing and friendly staff if your looking for a place to live they have some good options.
The worst company I ever seen in my life. Minnehaha Ave apartment was even condemned by city of Minneapolis. They didn’t provided heat and AC in their apartment. If you complain they will provide you portable heat and you will pay the electricity bills they will refuse to pay but they mentioned in the lease agreement that they will pay for electricity bills. I went to the housing court with them twice. No pest control, please be careful with this company you will suffer with them. These people are evil or worse than evil
