My experience didn't line up with others here. While staff was kind and the provider I saw emphatic, I was misled and now am suffering because of it. My case is complex, but well documented. I explicitly called and asked before signing up if they could work with my medications and let them know I was going to run out within days. They assured me that was workable. Dr. Zipperlen is outstanding! She made me feel comfortable and cared for the moment I stepped in. She is also very knowledgeable and takes into account the body as a whole, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend her!!
Had a really pleasant first appointment at FMG. The staff are all incredibly friendly, the facility is welcoming and pristine, and I left leaving excited to continue my care there.
