Noel has been great about listening to the issues and as a result has been able to tailor some rehab exercises that are really making a difference. I have been taking Ashley's aerial yoga classes, she's a wonderful instructor. As a beginner I leave feeling accomplished and motivated to come back for more yoga. Great vibe in the studio! Always fresh and clean.
Took my first aerial yoga course with Carissa today! It was a 2 hour introductory course and I left feeling accomplished, motivated & challenged. She was a great instructor who was easy to talk to and encouraged us to ask questions! Thank you!
