This was my first prenatal massage at 36 weeks. The set up was very comfortable for me to lay on my sides. Hannah was amazing! She asked me about the areas I wanted to focus on before we started and checked with me a couple times on how I liked the pressure. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to relax in the third trimester!

This was my first prenatal massage experience. I went in specifically for neck pain. I liked that it was more of a functional/PT approach. Hannah sat down with me prior to the massage and really took the time to ask questions and understand what was bothering me. When I left, she gave me some exercises to do at home to help with my neck. Great experience!!
Lola was incredible! Had the best prenatal massage, left feeling like I was on a cloud ☁️
Lola has been very friendly and communicative. I have lover going to see her each time. She always checks in with me before the massage starts to ensure that she accommodates my aches and pains. I went first when I was in my third trimester, and she’s been helping with postpartum aches and pains now too.
