Here's the deal- Dalton rocks. He answers his phone and he shows up EXACTLY when he says he will. He was honest and communicative. Not only did he not price gouge me, he gave me advice that saved me money and wasn't profitable for him at all. Of all the appliance and maintenance professionals I've encountered over the years, Dalton was the most efficient, the most honest and the most knowledgeable. If you want to support the good guys in the industry, make Equi-Tech your new air conditioner company.

We would highly recommend Equi-Tech if you are looking for fair pricing, excellent customer service, and knowledgeable technician. Dalton was very accomodating with our schedule. He called when he was on his way. Had our A/C up and running in 20 minutes. Very impressed and grateful.
