Excellent service, I contacted the customer service agent by chat and she was very helpful. They have as well updated guidance about other requirements according to your airline or arrival city. Result was delivered as promised. The process for taking the test is very fluent, I did not take more than 10 minutes in the laboratory. Strongly recommended
