Professional and Courteous. – On Saturday evening, May 5, 2012, our water heater decided it didn't want to work anymore. The water heater was leaking badly and it looked like there was nothing we could do to fix it. So I gave "Equal HVAC Services" a call and David Ernest took my call and since we had turned off the heater, we agreed he would come the next day.
