Took 14 minutes after I paid for my latte to get one. Who has that kind of time to wait for coffee? We work in the building and many of us have been frustrated way too often. I like what this company stands for but the service here makes it tough for me to be loyal. Boston Common Coffee opened up down the street; we'll be going there instead moving forward.

Definitely – sometimes we are able to steam milk or pull shots for 2 drinks at once (2 small lattes in the line, for example), and then sometimes that kind of “barista math” doesn’t work (we pull shots and steam milk to order, and unless we can use milk across two drinks, back to back, have to steam new milk for freshness and quality) and the team is trying to get through the line as efficiently as they can.
