I tried out equadry for a couple of weeks, my experience has been great so far. I have used other drycleaners before and my experience was delays and misplaced items. So far this drycleaners always keeps me touch when my items will be deliver and when they've been picked up. I have a couple of expensive items so knowing is in their hands is a peace of mind. They do charge a little more on some items and cheaper on other items.
I'm so happy I found them, the owner is very friendly and personable, with a jar of delicious candies! He's fix a number of different designer items for me and my boyfriend! Very great To have him and his team working on my items ranging from shoes and my handbags as well!
AWFUL ! They closed the laundry and never warned me. Result: my clothes are lost and do not answer to their cellphone. What a shame!
