The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I got an appointment quickly. And the doctor is nice enough and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable. But I was left feeling very bothered. She was not thorough enough. When I told her I had other moles I was concerned with, she refused to check them out. I called for an appt as a new patient and they were not accepting new patients. Understandable. But when I asked for a recommendation to another; the office employee said--who is your primiary care doctor. My response was, I spoke to them, and all those they referred me to either are seeing patients months away or like your office not accepting. I'd like to know if you could recommend another doctor for us to call. No -- sorry is what I got and could tell they wanted me off the phone FAST! I don't think that is professional.
