This is my second labeler to replace one I bought over 10 years ago (LW 400). While they are a bit pricy, I believe it's worth it. And the customer service is the best, especially in this day and age with absolutely horrible cs (looking at you major cell phone manufacturer). Anyways, stick with Epson, they are great!!
This is the 2nd Epson LW-PX900 I have purchased for my work. Very sturdy, strong magnetic feet, and takes up to 1.5" label material. But that is not the best part. The software is awesome. The labels are very configurable. Example. Different font sizes on different lines. Very easy to use.
Daniel is prompt and very helpful. I appreciate the promo Epson is doing. It was needed and I'm grateful. I look forward to using my lw-px900pcd im purchasing as well as any new products Epson launches.
I've been very pleased with the product and service I've received from Epson Labelworks. First, the product (LW-PX900) is outstanding. While it specializes in labeling cables, using the Windows app, it can print in virtually any font supported by my PC, dither a picture for inclusion, spread a printout over multiple rows of tape, print text horizontally or vertically, create barcode or QR codes for inclusion, or utilize any of the 100+ templates provided. I recently purchased a Labelworks LW-PX800 printer. I have been very pleased with it, especially the Label Editor software. It comes with many templates which greatly speeds up designing specific types of labels. I used the patch panel template to create 12 evenly spaced text fields on a long label. The company has created many good training videos for this printer and the Label Editor software and posted them on YouTube.
