I've been very pleased with the product and service I've received from Epson Labelworks. First, the product (LW-PX900) is outstanding. While it specializes in labeling cables, using the Windows app, it can print in virtually any font supported by my PC, dither a picture for inclusion, spread a printout over multiple rows of tape, print text horizontally or vertically, create barcode or QR codes for inclusion, or utilize any of the 100+ templates provided. I recently purchased a Labelworks LW-PX800 printer. I have been very pleased with it, especially the Label Editor software. It comes with many templates which greatly speeds up designing specific types of labels. I used the patch panel template to create 12 evenly spaced text fields on a long label. The company has created many good training videos for this printer and the Label Editor software and posted them on YouTube.
