Always great assistance with any questions that I have. The service and product support at K-Sun is amazing. I am not a business customer, so I was surprised after putting in a large order for tapes that I got a phone call from customer service making sure I ordered the right tapes for my label maker. At that point, I still hadn't registered my product, so they didn't know what I owned. In today's market, show another Company that cares at that level. BTW, I highly recommend registering your label maker.
Truly outstanding support before and after purchase from their Wisconsin facility was reminiscent of a bygone era. I bought LW-PX700 which is proving to be a rugged, versatile printer, definitely a step up from consumer-grade devices at an affordable price. I'm using it to organize parts bins and to label cables and switch plates. Lifetime warranty.
