RecommendedI've been renting for the company for almost a year and haven't had anything but a pleasant experience. The few maintenance issues I have had were fixed immediately and I have never had an issue getting ahold of someone in the office when I needed them.
Epronet360 is a management company based on rainbow blvd. that is supposed to oversee landlords and tenant relations. I have been at my home for 11 months and there are still very dangerous things that have not been fixed, fraudulent charges, and the landlord never gets back to me and has a voice mail that has not been set up. The epronet office claims they are not the landlord therefore are not at fault and do not need to help me yet the landlord who works for them never gets back to me and does not help at all.
