Terrible, absolutely terrible office office staff and nurse practitioner. I’ve heard Dr. Epps is nice, but his staff that I saw are not. Nurse kept interrupting me when I tried to tell her my symptoms, ignored others, didn’t care was like a robot, and then they got aggressive with me because of a co-pay problem that was easily resolved on my end. Medical Gaslighting is what it was. Then they forgot to give me my referral forms, and send most of my meds in. I had to beg them to just treat me and do their job. Lab results are ... read more

Professional and considerate. Went above and beyond to address all medical issues and provide referrals when necessary. Dr. Epps, Dr. Johnson and Tavesha are amazing!!
