Jim Eppes failed to complete the contracted items stipulated in the contract for the wedding on February 17, 2019 in FL. He started to drop off his photo booth equipment, which did not work, at 2:15pm (for a 4:30 wedding) and told the event coordinator he had to leave to go get a cord. He never set up the uplighting or the sound system for our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. The coordinator gave him the address for Home Depot and Loews. Let's just say that we didn't even make it to our wedding day with Jim because we FIRED him four months out due to his complete and total unprofessionalism. My wedding planner and I caught him name calling and talking poorly about me, as a bride, in an email to another vendor that he, himself, forwarded to me and my planner. Jim has been working events with me for over 20 years now. These events are always hectic fast paced and extremely stressful. I must say even when TammyZilla came out Jim kept a positive friendly attitude. He is always polite and kind to our guest and willing to accommodate them with all their last minute request. We used an Eppes Entertainment Photobooth at my daughter’s wedding, and it was a huge hit! Jim custom designed the photo card stock which added a special touch to the high quality photos. Our guests had a lot of fun with the pictures, and had a great keepsake too. We would absolutely use Eppes Entertainment again.
