These people are fabulous. I was a little nervous going in, but Jentry put me at ease. They told me I'd have results in 7-10 business days and it was actually five. Becky gave me a comprehensive report and answered all of my questions. She also offered to mail me my results. Jentry is helping me put together a health and nutrition plan. I'm excited to get healthy, again, and feel I now have a partner in the process!
Very disappointed with my experience at the Epoch in Conway Arkansas. I came to them from a different clinic bringing my labs and all paperwork from two years of treatment, they made be go 14 days without medication for a blood test before they would give my injection,which I did. After the 14 days and blood draw the gave my half my dose saying they wanted to wait for their labs. When their labs came back they said the same thing the labs I brought them said, which the lost. The staff, doctors and service are excellent. Have made lots of new friends there while getting in better shape and taking care of myself.
