For a long time I've had a lot of neck and upper back pain, related to tension I have while playing clarinet, and poor posture while sitting. Since I've started going to Epoch, my neck and back pain is significantly better. It's much easier to maintain proper posture, which has also helped reduce pain. It's easy to be seen quickly, and scheduling or changing an appointment is easy. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I look forward to my appointments. It's nice that they have after work hours, so I don't have to worry about leaving early in order to make my appointment. Highly recommend! 😊

I have been going to Epoch Chiropractic for the last 2 months with great results! In the past when I have received chiropractic care, I would spend a few minutes with the doctor to get readjusted and that was it! Not a lot of time was spent with me. However at Epoch, they offer comprehensive treatment that for me has involved stretching, adjusting, electrical muscle stimulation, and icing.

Love Epoch, so friendly and Dr. Patel will help you with adjustments which will help with posture, I was having trouble with it for a long time and now my posture is so much better. My shoulder pain, neck pain and headaches that I would get almost everyday, I only get them every now and again, so more improvement there. I would say give Epoch a try :)
