Slum lords
Stay away from EPLA. They kept making mistakes and refused to correct them. They issued an incorrect tax form with an incorrect number on it. It is causing a serious problem on my tax return. I repeatedly tried to talk to them to get it corrected. They stopped answering phone calls if it is from my number. They don't respond to my emails either.
As a tenant in a property managed by EPLA for nearly 3 years now, I can say that the increase in attention to detail and responsiveness in recent months has been obvious. In years past, maintenance and urgent repairs would take weeks to get moving and communication was sporadic. Every issue seemed to be quoted by multiple companies, which meant repeatedly blocking off time in my schedule to be home from work and never being sure about a timeline for repairs (or that they'd even happen).
