Dr Nancy Chung was very Friendly, Professional & Explained Everything Perfectly, she in an awesome dermatologist.Dr Chung's assistant was great as well. The ladies at the check-in and check out desk were very friendly and efficient.
The medical care here is very good, although I wish appointments ran much more on time. Elizabeth in particular has so much genuine care for all her patients, and it comes through so clearly. It makes appointments worth waiting for.
The front desk lady handling the Appointments is the rudest. You got to be polite and patient when talking to people. If you can’t, you should not be in that job. Your scheduling system lets us book the appointment and then next morning you realize that it was cancelled. 1. Either you change that Appointment scheduler or 2. Change the person handling these appointments and replace with someone who can explain the people that you have a dumb application that simply cant tell people that they’re over booking but still gives yo... read more
