The doctor informed me to reach out of I needed a script for mupirocin called in for a post procedure wound. Since my partial tube I had ran out I called to have the prescription sent to my pharmacy. I have tried for 2 days to get this antibiotic ointment, and no one is interested in helping me. This is neglectful patient care.
Horrible experience, do not waste your time here, they somehow got the wrong phone number for me, I would try to contact the office (multiple times), leave messages with a return call phone number, no return calls, finally called the KC office and got ahold of someone. Never a manager available to discuss the issue, unable to login to the portal bc the never updated my information that I provided. Overall the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider.

Doctor very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed done. In and out in under 15 minutes. Definitely going back.
This place will not send you a bill. They send an email one day prior to”your authorized ach debit”that you know nothing about. You call them to discuss this and the person who answers says they will notify billing to not take out the withdrawal but then they go ahead and take it out anyway . Very unprofessional. I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to them.
