Super long wait times as they drastically over book patients. Waited a very long time in the waiting room and then almost 50 minutes just in the waiting exam room with a baby while the staff ate Mexican food across the hall. Came in with an IHS approved referral and I continue to get bills in the mail saying they couldn’t get the referral to process correctly so I owe the money. The confusing part is that I have the approved referral in hand and they won’t even see you without the referral. Have already found another office ... read more
