A caring dermatologist with helpful information
I had a great experience with Dr. Rutherford, who was a great listener and provider. However, I am frustrated because I called to schedule an appointment, was told that my insurance plan was accepted, completed the appointment, and now a month later received a call that the practice actually does not accept my insurance and that I will either have to get a referral letter from my PCP or be a self-pay client. I had a great experience with this dermatologist. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. Everything was taken care, and I never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and I felt comfortable I received. Great place highly respected Thank you for your efforts and hard work!!
