As always great front desk and Dr.Aldana was amazing
I had a minor surgical procedure at Epiphany that was handled poorly from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward recovery turned into months of prolonged healing due to improper treatment and lack of appropriate follow-up care. Communication was consistently inadequate, and I rarely received clear answers or guidance regarding my recovery. Just finished my annual check-up with Logan DeBord and he's one of the best doctors I've ever been to. Very considerate and thoughtful, very thorough, and always interesting to talk to. I have only been to him at this practice but can't rate him highly enough.
I trust this practice 100%. In addition, they are lovely humans who listen with care and concern. Dr. Aldana and her staff are fantastic!
