Dr. Woodruff was absolutely wonderful to me. She listened to my questions and concerns. She took a biopsy and froze several skin lesions. It was basically painless, and I was out in less than an hour. Her staff was exceptional as well. From what I can tell, the office is run smoothly and efficiently. The parking was not an issue either which is great. Being able to get to the doctor and be done in an hour is almost unheard off. Dr. Woodruff and her staff will treat you well. The office is located off of Washingt... read more

PROCEED WITH CAUTION This is a repost—my original review was removed, but I believe it’s important to share what happened to warn others. I would not recommend this dermatology clinic based on my experience. I went in for a routine cyst removal on my hand, and the provider froze it off without ever explaining the risks, side effects, or healing process. My aftercare instructions? Just to keep it bandaged. The only “consent” form was on a tiny iPad—no verbal explanation, no printout, and no discussion. I was never told what ... read more

I visited Dr. Nor Chiao at the Tucson office. She was as unfriendly and robotic as a windup toy. She was clearly unhappy I had a list of areas to be looked at. Every item she rushed thru and asked what was the next item on my list. Most of her information the items was misdiagnosed; I researched later at home online. I have 4 Seborrheic Keratosis spots on my back that itch. She would only cryotherapy two. My insurance covers 14. To have the other spots removed, need another office visit so they made more money. She did a "45... read more

I was very impressed with this clinic … warm friendly staff … efficient. Timothy Bush PA who treated me was excellent in my opinion. He was serious and focused and I so appreciated his treatment. Mary Gibson

The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The assistant got me into the examination room and provided a paper robe. Dr O listened, checked my concerns, froze a location and answered my questions while the assistant took the notes on a smart device. Looking good, come back in a year, Dr O said. On my way out the receptionist provided a return appointment. All well done. The receptionist also gave me a business card while requesting that I provide feedback. The card had no web or postal address. It just said "Leave Us a R... read more

I recently visited Epiphany Dermatology for the first time. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable, and Dr. Vick was exceptional! Dr. Vick was knowledgeable and explained procedures in a very understandable way. He gave several options for treatment and made me feel like he had all the time in the world to discuss my dermatology needs. I will most certainly recommend him to family and friends!

Was seen for strange color changing spot on my leg, was seen by NP and they said its nothing. Didn't even offer to remove it said it was fine. Feeling that this didn't look right I went to another dermatologist and they biopsied it and it was Melanoma. My son also went here, and he was told his concerns was fine it's just a skin tag, he went to another doctor, and they are now sending it out for looking suspicious.
