The doctor spent less than 3 minutes in the room with my husband and then did the same with me. I feel unvalued as a client and patient because of this. We will not be returning.
Would just like to say, I never write reviews and I am not someone easy to upset, but I went to this place 2 times to start Accutane. My last visit they took blood work and also got a negative pregnancy test. They gave me the Ipledge book and told me I would start my next visit. I get a phone call the day before my scheduled appointment, to tell me that the practice is being shut down and that I will have to see another doctor somewhere else. Staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. My husband observed my visit and he is going to be a new patient, too.
