Jeff was able to make himself available on short notice and provided a very thorough inspection on a home I am purchasing. Detailed inspection report was very helpful and he was also very helpful and personable during the inspection. He made some great recommendations on some things I could fix on my own as well when I had questions. He was also kind enough to review all of the ins & outs of the pellet stove in the home as I had never used one. His prices are very reasonable. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience with Jeff from Epilogue Home Inspections. We had him out for a mold inspection and he was incredibly knowledgeable, very practical, and generous with his time and expertise. His high tech equipment allowed us to diagnose the issue and extent thoroughly ahead of time, which gave us peace of mind and predictability (both repair time and cost). Highly recommend, I wish I had more (non-mold) reasons to work with him.
I was so impressed with Jeff from Epilogue Inspections. He was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job of explaining everything as he was working. He made what felt at first to be a difficult process very easy, and our final report was clear, and included a detailed list of recommended next steps.
