Fantastic experience with Jeff from Epilogue Home Inspections. We had him out for a mold inspection and he was incredibly knowledgeable, very practical, and generous with his time and expertise. His high tech equipment allowed us to diagnose the issue and extent thoroughly ahead of time, which gave us peace of mind and predictability (both repair time and cost). Highly recommend, I wish I had more (non-mold) reasons to work with him.
I was so impressed with Jeff from Epilogue Inspections. He was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job of explaining everything as he was working. He made what felt at first to be a difficult process very easy, and our final report was clear, and included a detailed list of recommended next steps. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mild inspection specialist!
Jeff came out on a very short notice, on time of the appointment, performed the inspection quickly and talked us through the inspection and the results. The results of the inspection were back quickly as well as promised.
