I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Bhardwaj at the epilight clinic. I found him to be very pleasant and easy going. He explained everything in detail regarding a surgical option. During the procedure he took care to explain what he was doing and allowed lots of breaks for comfort. He answered all questions and did not make you feel rushed. The hearing technician was rude. Her instructions were not clear so I couldn't exactly follow. So, she said, "Do you understand English?" What the heck!!! The doctor is no better. As long as he knew I didn't need surgery, he didn't bother to give me any medical advice. I will never go back!!!
My experience with Dr. Bhardwaj was very positive. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and took the time to answer my questions. Would not hesitate to see him again, which I will be in 3 months. His staff was nice as well. After reading the negative comments, I didn’t know what to expect but am very pleased with how my appointment went.
