I’m from Ukraine, where there’s a war going on, and instead of any support, EpicVIN charged me twice $99.99 without me even knowing. It was complete madness until I saw the charge alert and stopped this nonsense by canceling the subscription myself. This is just shameful and so cynical. Seriously, be careful when you think you’re paying $1 for a single report, you actually get snuck into this hidden $99.99 monthly subscription “surprise.” Don’t trust them!
This company is running a systematic scam. Avoid them at all costs. I purchased a one-time car report for $1, ran the report, and then deactivated my account. A couple of months later, I discovered my bank account had been charged $99.99 twice. I tried contacting them online and via email, and after a lot of effort, I finally found their phone number — but I never got my money back. This is blatant, repeated scamming.
