Love this place.
You literally are in the heart of town with restaurants and stores walking distance. Having PCC grocery downstairs is heaven for last minute purchases.
If you love sleeping with the windows open be careful. Garbage trucks, leaf blowers, and homeless nuts make noise all night long.
