Hello, I would like to share my experience. I called around to multiple electricians for assistance diagnosing an issue with a tripping breaker. Multiple companies immediately told me they do not support residential customers and immediately hung up the phone. The gentleman who answered the phone listened to my issue and spent 20 minutes on the phone trying his best to understand my issue and offer solution options. Was looking for an electrician to do a small commercial kitchen job. Found Epical, where else, on Google. Called and spoke with Jack Burcie, the owner and a Master Electrician. He was finishing up a job and said he would come over. Less than an hour later he is in my store. Another hour and he’s done. Great service and great work. I know it wasn’t complicated, but treated me like it was a very important job for him, I suppose because it was important to me. I will call him back again, he’s in my directory. Thanks Jack!
