Security is pretty bad, mails & packages got stolen several times!!! No security at all. Management doesn’t do much about it for the whole time. Super cold and windy living in the high levels during the winters, $3-400 electric bill per 1bedroom.
Cons: Water pressure is low (especially for showers). In the winter the apartment gets very drafty—poor insulation and low-quality doors/windows.so it’s hard to keep the place warm. In summer there are mosquitoes/bugs. Electricity bills are extremely high ( $300-$400 in winter for a 1-bedroom). Packages/mail can get stolen, and the elevator is frequently out of service. New construction. Not everything is finished but the building is beautiful.
Perfect location in Flushing. Properly distance to circle of Flushing, enjoying the best convenience but not be annoyed by the crowds.
