Don't ever go here if you're trying to go from brunette to blonde. The first time they did it my hair looked gray with white highlights and I went back the next day to "fix" it and now it looks orange with random dark pieces and white pieces and I'm misses a chunck of hair from the very front of mt head cause they fried my hair.
I have been trying for 3 days to set an appointment after purchasing a Groupon deal for their services. I have left multiple voicemail messages and have sent messages through Facebook messenger. I have not received a call back and have not been able to set an appointment even though she responded to my messenger message. This is very unprofessional of this salon.
