Bad material tras zero stars
I showed up to speak with a salesperson regarding future sales. After a short wait I informed the employee that approached that we do a lot of outdoor kitchens and living spaces, and would like to see what they have in stock, get pricing, and find out about how they do business so we could start sending customers here to pick out their granite. With zero tact, they asked if I was a contractor or fabricator, and when I informed him contractor, he said, sorry, we don't give out pricing to contractors - only fabricators. He see... read more
Incredibly rude employee - will take business elsewhere. I called and asked for three different slab prices to be sent to my fabricator whom is on file with this company so they can help us decide, the receptionist was condescending, rude and entirely unhelpful. Their competitor however was extremely helpful and sent two slabs over to the fabricator to be incorporated into our remodel. The response posted is wholly untrue.
