I got my hair colored, cut, and styled today by KoKo and she did an amazing job. She understood exactly what I wanted and my hair turned out beautifully.

Made makeup appointments for me and my sister for our birthdays. Showed up to the appointment and they had no recollection of the appointment. I showed them the messages where I booked it. She told me she didn’t do makeup and the girl who did was out of town. She was incredibly rude and said there was nothing she could do about it! Made no attempt to correct their error.
