I paid $2500 for a VIP package of which a photo was Included. Apparently the company who took the photos screwed things up and even though I called, sent emails, etc. I can't seem to get this photo. All I want are the links and I can look for it myself but no one seems to care. I was told they were having problems but they keep talking people's money. All I want is my photo!!!!
Worst "VIP" experience ever! Don't waste your money. Shame on you Epic Rights!
Does not respond to customers in a timely fashion. Purchased VIP packages in Oct for a cub set in April. The show is in 2 days. I’ve gotten NO information from them yet. Just an automatic email saying I’ll have my itinerary within 4-5 days of the show. Well guess not.
No working number. Not getting a response to email

I’m still waiting for them to email me back. You would think if you give people the option to email you, you would respond.
