This is the most unprofessional company that we could have ever done business with. Very unfortunate for the owner of the property as they don't care if the property is maintained at a level a homeowner would want. Comments from "Sam" are always condescending and belittling. They failed to communicate with us as tenants when we have a broken faucet causing a waste of water. People want to charge an outrageous amount for rent but won’t keep up with needed repairs, costing tenants stress and money. Disgraceful!
he runs his own sales remodels/flip homes sends back counter offers and retracts them before expiration when he finds out another family may be interested and putting in an offer! Karma buddy! Hope you lose your ass on that house. I will never buy a home that says epic realestate on it. save your time, money, and headaches. Shady ass dealer and the most unethical company I’ve dealt with in buying a home!
Terrible real estate company!!! When you call them a third party answering service takes a message only for Epic Real Estate to never your call! I’m in the process of filing a civil suit against them now! The number on google doesn’t even work I guess they stopped paying the third party! Do not do business with this unprofessional so called company! FT. Carson is working to put this company on the blacklist!
