*DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EPIC* We had Katrina Withey, who told us of all this experience she had. We unfortunately signed a contract with her. and later realized how little experience she had, as she was new. Her inexperience, and incompetence is continuing to cause us problems. We should have filed a complaint the moment we realized that we signed a purchase contract prior to her making us aware of a double agency.
