Regarding my two previous maintenance requests . I'm most pleased & appreciative to the maintenance team for handling the issues I was having both with cooling & heating unit and with the refrigerator door not opening & closing properly. I've had no issues with either since the repair work. The issues were resolved I completely & in a timely manner.
