We have stayed with Epic Property Management for four years, and we could not be happier with the experience. The place was clean and completely functional, rent increases were very reasonable, and maintenance was fantastic. A few examples: our furnace stopped working once, and the heating would not be able to put us above 65F, so uncomfortable but not a big deal. We had a brand new furnace in three days.
