Very bad company to manage your property, they are not friendly to tenants, never answer calls if you need Maintanance it takes them 2 to 3 weeks to work on it even with plumber issues. I’ll give them zero star

Pretty poor performance after recent flood. As part of a apartment complex they manage watched a company that was doing flood restoration of basement apartments be let go by a manager at main office and a much less competent company brought in who only dried carpet and sprayed a deodorant on carpet as opposed to properly pulling up and replacing inundated carpet and padding. Beware!!! Epic Property Mgmt more than earned the worst rating possible. If it were an option they wouldn't receive any stars. I turned my home I lived in for 12 years into a rental after deciding to relocate. I put a lot of money and time into making this home beautiful with many upgrades and a lot of work, and is something I’m very proud of.
