Shannon is fantastic. The rest of the practice leaves much to be desired. I have been waiting almost 2 months for ultrasound results that I was told that I would have in 2 business days! I have talked to 3 people trying to get answers. The health navigator they assigned to me, sounds like she couldn't care less. Another PA said she would call me between 830 and 900 this morning. Crickets. I called the office and a receptionist told me to be patient...give me a break! They are failing me. I expect better care.
Epic Primary Care center in Southfield West 10 mile Road. The staff was very personable and knowledgeable. I left with all my questions answered and a sense of calmness. Shannon and Nuttallia and the lady at the front desk I am so sorry I didn’t get her name but they all were very awesome with a customer service skilled attitude. I appreciate them very much.
The white lady with a blonde hair at the Ferndale front desk is so efficient, nice, calm and experienced. She possess the good qualities of a good customer service
My beef is trying to actual talk to someone at the desk is impossible, plus I requested that they fax medical records to my specialist in-order for them to schedule me an appointment and they have NOT comply to my request. You can never talk to anyone in the medical record department, they are always away from their desk. Leaving a message is like falling on deaf ears.
Dr. Deena is an attentive and knowledgeable professional DA. She makes you feel welcomed. I trust she has my best interest and healthcare at heart. Dr. Deena is in high demand at the Epic healthcare in Ferndale, because of her great skills, genuine concern, and kind and warm attitude.
Horrible. Machines do check in and everything is ‘follow up in three months’. Just care about money. Shannon should run. She’s amazing. The practice is garbage.
As a physician myself, I strongly recommend NOT to go to this clinic. Front desk staff were courteous. However, nurses were poorly train to do any in clinic procedures. Labs were not ordered as discussed during visit. Wrong labs were ordered. When trying to rectify medical error on their part, was billed for a Tele visit. Was not going to pursue medical errors if they waived that visit but was transferred all over and causing unnecessary stress.
