Don't do it, just keep driving. I could write for days about this experience. Bullet points: my MacBook Pro (legacy) was moved to different locations/people, I could not get an up front quote or estimate - just a final bill, it took over a month, rarely got anybody on the phone - mostly text mssg ... I never got it back. They don't offer refunds, I was forced to accept a swap for another laptop they had "on the shelf." Awful experience.
