Lupita greeted me and checked me in, she was super helpful and friendly. Belen also helped me, was also very friendly and helpful. The customer service and patient attentiveness is something that definitely stood out here. Plus they’re bilingual!
Belinda was awesome. I am happy I could see the dr here too.

I’ve had a great experience with Epic Pain Management, PLLC. The team is professional, kind, and always willing to listen. They take the time to understand create a treatment plan to help with chronic fatigue associated seasonal and enviromental allergy issues. Shawn is knowledgeable and explain everything clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and cared for. All of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Epic Pain Management.
